Installation of welding machine and control cabinet：

As the main machine structure of the welding machine is mechanical transmission structure, the vibration generated during working is large. In order to ensure the product quality of the welding workpiece, it is recommended that the host equipment can be fixed and installed with anchor screws, and the level of the working welding surface shall be ensured as far as possible. It is suggested that the control cabinet should be placed on the left side of the main welding equipment, and the distance from the main welding equipment should be greater than 2.5 meters, so as to reduce the interference and influence of welding equipment on the control cabinet, and also facilitate the adjustment and debugging of operators. In order to ensure the safety of the operator and reduce the interference of other equipment to the welding machine, the control cabinet and welding host shall be equipped with grounding wires, and the grounding resistance of the grounding wires shall be ≤ 4 Ω.

User's power requirements and grounding requirements and installation:

About 44 meters. Because the welding power of the welding equipment is large, it also has high requirements for power supply. The capacity of the power supply transformer of the user should not be less than 300kVA, and the actual distance between the power supply transformer and the host of the welding machine should be less than 200m. If the user can not meet the above conditions, the capacity of the power supply transformer or the cross-sectional area of the transmission line must be increased, otherwise the welding effect may be affected 。 Copper conductor of no less than 50 mm 2 shall be used for the main power line, and an automatic air switch no less than 500 a shall be used for the equipment.

The host machine and control cabinet shell of the welding machine should be installed with grounding wire, the grounding resistance of the grounding wire should be less than 4 ohm, and the grounding wire should be installed with copper conductor of no less than 4mm2. In order to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and the personal safety of the operator, the installation of qualified grounding wire is also a very important work.

Because the welding machine adopts three-phase four wire system (single-phase 380V is used for row welding machine and portable welding machine), the zero line should be connected to the main switch when the power lead is connected, and a knife switch should be used for control. It should be noted that the fuse cannot be installed on the zero line switch, otherwise the machine will not work normally, and copper conductor of no less than 4mm 2 shall be used for connection.
