Introduction to Plastic Septic Tanks:

The plastic septic tank is a container made of high-density polyethylene resin (HDPE) plastic particles specially used to treat fecal sewage and domestic sewage. The container is mostly used to store the solid organic matter continuously flowing in from the sewage pipe, which is decomposed by the action of anaerobic microorganisms, and reaches a certain discharge standard, so as to reduce the pressure on the urban sewage treatment plant.

Principle of Plastic Septic Tank:

Plastic septic tank is a treatment facility that uses the principles of sedimentation and anaerobic fermentation to remove suspended organic matter in domestic sewage. It is a primary transitional life treatment structure. Domestic sewage contains a lot of feces, paper scraps, and pathogens.

The concentration of suspended solids is 100-350mg/L, the concentration of organic matter is between 100-400mg/L, and the concentration of suspended organics is 50-200mg/L. Sewage enters the septic tank for 12 to 24 hours of precipitation, which can remove 50 to 60% of the suspended solids. After more than 3 months of anaerobic digestion of the sedimented sludge, the organic matter in the sludge is decomposed into stable inorganic matter, and the perishable raw sludge is transformed into stable cooked sludge, which changes the structure of the sludge and reduces The moisture content of the sludge. The sludge is regularly removed and transported out, land filled or used as fertilize.

There are four main steps: filtration and sedimentation-anaerobic fermentation-solids decomposition-manure liquid discharge.

It is generally divided into three compartments.

1.The sewage is first discharged from the water inlet to the first compartment. The solids and parasite eggs with a larger specific gravity are deposited in the first compartment. The anaerobic bacteria in the pool water are used to start the preliminary fermentation and decomposition. The treated sewage in the first compartment can be divided into three layers: mushy manure skin, relatively clear manure liquid, and solid manure residue.

2.The initially decomposed manure liquid flows into the second compartment, while the dung skins floating on the top and the dregs deposited on the bottom stay in the first compartment to continue fermentation.

3.In the second cell, the manure liquid continues to be fermented and decomposed, the eggs continue to sink, the pathogens gradually die, and the manure liquid is further harmless, and the thickness of the manure skin and dregs produced is significantly reduced compared with the first cell.

The plastic septic tank made by Yankang adopts hollow blow molding technology, and the product molding steps are roughly as follows:

1. Plastic parison (extrusion of hollow plastic tube);

2. Close the flap mold on the parison, clamp the mold and cut off the parison;

3. Inflate the parison to the cold wall of the mold cavity, adjust the opening and Maintain a certain pressure during cooling;

4. Open the mold and remove the blown parts;

5. Trim the flash to obtain the finished product.
