220L 3 Layers Double Ring Drum Blow Molding Machine

Turkey's first 220L 3-layer double ring drum blow molding machine was successfully accepted in Juncon workshop。

Recently, we have overcome the technical difficulties of the double ring barrel machine, and made an innovative design for the cooling water circulation system at the barrel mouth, by doing this to make the cooling effect of the plastic tank better, so as to improve the cooling efficiency and production capacity.

Trial run experiment of Juncon's  220L double ring barrel blow molding machine

The process requirements of the 220L 3-layer double ring barrel produced are customized according to the requirements of customers. The customers propose that we need to meet the export standard of CE. We strictly implement the CE standard in terms of machine production, quality control and safety protection. At the same time, it perfectly combines the customer's requirements for the blow molding process itself. On the premise of ensuring that the plastic tanks produced meet the requirements of customers, further optimize the performance of the machine. On the premise of ensuring the machine to complete the established capacity, it has the effect of energy saving and stable operation.

3 The raw material of the machine is UHMWPE (ultra high molecular weight high density polyethylene). It has the characteristics of high strength, corrosion resistance, long service life, convenient filling and good sealing performance
