 1. Principles and characteristics of material selection  

Try to meet the various functions of large blow molding products.  Due to the requirements of the usage environmental conditions of large industrial blow molding products, the following functional requirements are generally faced: High intensity requirements, Aging resistance requirements, Impact resistance requirements,Flame retardant requirements, Antistatic requirements ,Barrier performance requirements.  

 2.  The plastic raw material formula should have good processing performance.

The processing performance is not good that some of the plastic raw materials are used in large industrial blow molding parts . And sometimes it is necessary to add other plastics or additives to modify it, so that achieve better conventional processing. Other plastics can be added to the main plastic raw material to improve the melt strength, melt ductility and other properties of the main material.  

 3.  Reduce production cost  

On the premise of meeting the requirements, the production cost can be reduced. The competitiveness of products and profit can be improved through formula improvement.  

There are two main ways to reduce the cost through the formula: 

①mixing different brands of plastic raw materials from different manufacturers to reduce the cost of raw materials.  

②Reduce the cost of plastic raw materials by adding recycling materials to the main raw materials.
